New This Year!
In 2009 the Magna Five now is a $1 minimum wager! That means for just a buck you can take a shot at a nice payoff. Of course, since most players will submit multiple tickets, a $1 minimum means you can cover many more horses each Saturday.
What is Magna 5?
Magna 5 is a $1 Pick Five wager on five races at selected tracks from coast-to-coast. Correctly pick all five winners to win the lion's share of the total pool. If nobody picks all five winners, a portion of the pool will carry over to the following Saturday's pool.
Five Races Coast-to-Coast
Magna 5 races begin at Laurel Park in Maryland and take place at major tracks around the country; tracks like Gulfstream Park in Florida, Santa Anita Park in Southern California and Golden Gate Fields in Northern California.
What is a Pick Five?
The goal in a Pick Five is to select five consecutive winners from five specific races. It’s challenging, but the healthy payoffs are worth it.
Every Saturday. One Hour.
Play the Magna 5 each Saturday and enjoy the fast-paced action of all five races completed in about an hour! Watch Magna 5 races live on HorseRacing TV.
