FRISCO, Texas, April 5, 2021 – Magna5, a national provider of managed IT, voice and connectivity services, and Tachyon Technologies, a rapidly growing private SAP Partner consulting firm, announce a strategic partnership to provide real-time SAP infrastructure monitoring and management services for Tachyon Technologies’ customers.
Magna5, an SAP-certified cloud hosting provider, will monitor the health of Tachyon Technologies’ customer networks, servers and devices in real-time to ensure network reliability and performance. Services will include full visibility into customer network and SAP applications, proactive alerting and troubleshooting, and early-warning detection and response to prevent downtime or outages.
“The on-demand functionality of SAP applications in delivering business processes and workflows requires a reliable infrastructure that’s ‘always on’ and working at peak performance,” said Jeff Jablonski, Magna5 Director of Partner Programs and Customer Success. “We will work directly with Tachyon Technologies’ customers to ensure they stay ahead of network disruption by proactively watching their network and providing early detection and response before issues lead to system-wide downtime.”
The new strategic partnership enables Tachyon Technologies to focus on helping customers navigate their digital transformation journey with leading-edge SAP-based digital solutions while Magna5 oversees the health of customer networks to efficiently run SAP applications. Magna5 is also available to provide optional managed security and data backup and disaster recovery services on request.
“Being a digital technology transformation partner, we at Tachyon understand customer concerns regarding their data, security, accessibility and, in some cases, data transition from environments. Magna5’s extensive range of implementation and monitoring approaches, round-the-clock cloud and service support with physical and network security, and easy transition models to different environments through diverse carrier-neutral solutions were the prime reasons for our partnership,” said Venkat Kolli, Chairman of Tachyon Technologies.
