ROBERT FARINA
Chief Executive Officer
Robert (Bob) Farina is an experienced CEO of Private Equity and Venture Capital backed technology companies with over 30 years of experience leading start-ups, turnarounds and high growth enterprises in the managed services (MS), software-as-a-service (SaaS) and business process outsourcing (BPO) business segments. In addition to his experience successfully running multiple businesses backed by professional investors, Farina has served on a number of Boards of Directors, started and successfully exited his own business, and ran a division of a publicly held company. He has been a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the State of New Jersey three times in his career and serves on the Advisory Board of the Columbia University Master’s Degree program for Information Technology Management. Farina is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Justin Cameron, Senior Vice President of IT Services, brings more than a decade of experience in the IT services industry to Magna5 – and with that, brings strong experience in the managed services space, and significant expertise in the areas of cloud computing, data backup, and security.

Executive Director, NY Metro Region
Adam Spinner, Executive Director, NY Metro Region, brings more than a decade of experience in the IT services industry to Magna5 – and with that, brings significant expertise in the areas of cloud computing, data backup, devops and cybersecurity.
RYAN BURNS
VP, Sales Enablement
Ryan Burns, vice president of sales enablement, brings more than 20 years of sales talent development, training and performance management experience to Magna5, leading programs in organizational development and change management.
JERRY MASSEUR
SVP and Corporate Executive
In his role as Senior Vice President and Corporate Executive, Jerry will be responsible for driving organic growth within the Managed Services division as well as playing a key role in leveraging the sales capabilities of other companies that Magna5 may acquire.
BARB MEYER
Human Resources Manager
Barb is manager of Magna5’s Human Resources where she is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle (recruiting, placement, orientation), policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations and benefit administration.
